Our Senior Performance Consultant, Rod’s key expertise
is in leadership development, project alignment and team
building. He has worked with major global organisations
from the top leadership group through to operational
levels, and is particularly experienced at facilitating
alignment between clients and contractors in
high-profile projects. In recent years his focus has
been in the energy sector. Most recently he has
supported project teams working on the Pearl Project
Qatar and the Gorgon Project Western Australia.

and leading projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia

Rod has a pragmatic approach in working with clients but has a sound academic background possessing both a Masters Degree and Doctorate of Philosophy in Change Management related studies. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.
When not working with Thism, Rod occupies his time by collecting and restoring antiquarian maps and pursuing the never ending quest of a single figure golf handicap.
