Mentoring
Our Mentoring is a process of informal transmission of knowledge, experience and wisdom and provides on-going support of the Mentee in their role and on-going professional development. Our mentoring involves formal and informal communication, face-to-face and via video conference link usually over a set period of time.
Although we have been Mentoring both formally and informally throughout our working lives, the following are examples of who we have Mentored since the creation of Thism in 1996.
