Our Coaching can take the form of:-

Our Coaching is a facilitation process using supportive questioning, reflection and discussion to assist the Coachee to understand themselves, others, team dynamics and set goals in order to meet personal and business objectives. Our relationship is one built on trust. We act as a sounding board for ideas – the Coachee’s ‘human mirror’ and assist in the development of strategies, relationships and action plans. We enable the Coachee to be held accountable to themselves by monitoring progress. Our coaching involves formal structured communication, face-to-face and via video conference link, usually over a set period of time.
